Default Phase 4 or off of IP now need SNACK ideas

I need a crunch salty snack idea for night time. No IP packets, I'm only on one IP shake a day in the morning.
I lost the 20 pounds I wanted but still doing the diet in my own way. Low Low carb.
I was having peanuts or soy nuts, but I know thats not the best option.
1 cup of popcorn is 25g carbs..
Any ideas?

Genisoy makes a soy tortilla chip. It does also contain some rice and corn flour. 1 ounce has:
110 calories
3 gm fat
14 gm carbs
2 gm fiber
8 gm protein

I have gotten them from Netrition (on-line). They are very good (Maybe TOO good).

I'm so glad that you started this thread because I'm gonna be on Phase 4 next week and was wondering what to do for snacks. I'm gonna miss my IP pudding!

I have been eating a few salted sunflower seeds not shelled. It takes time to eat them, so you cant really pig out. Have been doing that since phase three. Coach said it wasnt the best lol put its ok on phase 4 in small amounts. I havent noticed a change in the scale in the morning if I eat them. I like eatting them when I read at night to slow down after working.

I started phase 4 on 7/6/11 and my coach gave me the following snack ideas:

cottage cheese w/nuts or fruit
1/2 apple with peanut butter or almond butter
string cheese
nuts/seeds
celery w/peanut butter
rice cake w/peanut butter
hot tea
jell-O mouse/pudding 60 calories

I too am a salty/crunchy person and this is still my hardest thing (almost a year after hitting phase 4).

--cucumber slices with babaganoush (if you like garlic!)

--LaRosa Flax Snax (flax and corn chips); 24 chips=19 carbs; I make them into nachos with non-fat cheese and cherry tomatoes and olives and lettuce. So there is a lot more "veggie" than chip proportionately, but I get the "crunch". And I can split one serving with my DH or eat the whole thing (with some chicken) as a dinner on a cheat day.

I also buy products from Netrition and New Lifestyle, they are way cheaper than IP and still low carb. So when I need a "grab and go" I have them in my cupboard. (shakes, bars, pretzels, etc.)

and when you hit your cheat day, you can have the popcorn!

I have been eating soy nuts. Thanks for all of the ideas, the crunchy salty thing is killing me. Couldn't pay me enought to eat a bite of ice cream!

I'm not on phase 4 but had some really yummy chips from netiriton. Check them out! They came in ranch, bbq and salt and vinegar.
