Tonight I had a small piece of salmon sprinkled with salt and ms. dash garlic and herb cooked in grape seed oil, sautéed a few shrimp with garlic powder, salt and ms. dash garlic and herbs...for my veggies I had roasted cauliflower (yummy...one of my favs) and asparagus...I had a salad with boston lettuce, cut up some asparagus, diced one egg and homemade salad dressing of evoo, apple cider vinegar, dijon mustard, splenda and italian seasoning.
I had broiled flounder and steamed broccoli. I put a little evoo on the fish with Mrs. Dash Garlic and Herb. It actually gets nice and crispy under the broiler.
I also had some lettuce salad with a dressing of lemon juice, soy sauce and evoo with a sprinkiling of Mrs. Dash Southwest Chipotle seasoning. This has turned into my go to salad dressing.
tonight i had my new favorite meal! we went to a greek restaurant where i had a salad topped with chicken and lamb. the salad had iceberg lettuce, red, orange, and green bell peppers, and cucumbers, topped with their house dressing of olive oil and herbs. heaven!!!!
I had ham yummmmm, turnip fries, zucchini both with chili powder, paprika and salt, bean sprouts and pickles. I forgot to eat my lunch veggies today. I'm pretty full now!
Tonight I had Salmon done on the grill, and roasted vegetables done on the grill. Was very tasty with that smokey flavour from the grill. Caramel Nut bar for my evening snack/dessert.
I just made the yummiest dinner ever on this diet. It is a bit restricted....but 8 months in...oh well
I sauteed mushrooms, zucchini, peppers, scallions, fresh garlic, tomatoes, and at last minute some onions I used italian seasoning and sea salt to flavor
Then I browned 96% lean beef (great stuff..150 calories with 4.5 grams fat).
I mixed the two together and then added 1 cup of no sugar added spaghetti sauce.
Last night I was a little lazy and DH brought chicken shawarma (from greek place, but just the meat in a container).
To go with, I roasted cubed turnips, fennel, mushrooms, and red peppers. I added some 21 seasoning salute from Trader Joe's to the veggies and a little olive oil. Roasted them for about 20 mins at 400. They were delicious!!
I had a ginger crusted chicken breast (A pinch of salt, some ginger paste, and a little panko bread crumbs), a heaping side of veggies, and scrambled egg whites with soy cheese. So yummmmy!
last night I knew my snack would be south west cheese curls. (which I eat after dinner) so I took a hand full of them, crushed them up in a plastic bag, added about half a teaspoon of olive oil garlic and chili powder and then "shake and baked" chicken breast with the s.w. cheese curls. I cooked it on the BBQ and it was amazing. For my veggies I had zucchini and mushrooms on the BBQ and some steamed broccoli.

I'm going to try your shake and bake chicken tonight! I am marinating the stips in Franks Buffalo Sauce right now.
I'm also grilling veggies marinated in WF spice Italian and a little EVOO and lime juice. I picked a BUNCH of greens out of my garden with the greens of some onions, so we're also having a huge salad to go along with it.
Thanks for reminding me about the SW cheese curl crust.
