What an amazing transformation!!!!!! This gives me motivation. I have such a tough time sticking to my routine some days (like today) but seeing the success that others have helps motivate me to do what I know I need to do. Thanks!

Wow! I am impressed. Both with your weight loss and your desire to help others. The skydiving I could live without. . . . But reading this sort of thing is what keeps me motivated. We can all do this!

I was on a local Radio sports show this morning. I got to talk a little about my weight loss. It was pretty cool. I am on about the 8:45 mark!!!

Have you tried ladder climbing? You lose tons of sweats. Try that, you may lose weight faster. How old are you? I am asking, because your metabolism is very good. I am 60, so no other intentions.

Good job man that is awesome. Very inspiring.
I have been looking at skydiving and paragliding also I'm too big now but that's going to change. Lost over 90 pounds in the last 6 months on slimgenics, almost halfway to goal now. I started longboarding just recently. Pretty fun.

Another funny thing, I think for the first time in my life I weigh LESS than my driver's license states. I put down 320 which was a huge lie at the time.

Cool to see a success story from someone who lost even more than I need to. Thanks!

I finally had my celebration party to celebrate getting under 200 pounds. 65 family, friends, and co-workers showed up to help me celebrate. It was a great time!!!! Here I am with a friend of mine Todd. Damn I look good in a suit LOL
