Thank you for the inspiration. I use to run and have been feeling that I am too heavy to do it now, but I miss it! And I think I will give it another try.
OMG, I can't even imagine having to lose 150 pounds and then actually doing it! Congrats and you must have kept on it because under two years is seriously impressive. CONGRATS AGAIN!!!!
Congratulations!!!!! What an accomplishment. I'm so happy you've reached your goal. I haven't picked a program yet but was thinking about calorie counting. I'm not one to have to write down calories every time I eat something but I guess I can try and see how I do. Good luck to you!
