Thank you for the inspiration. I use to run and have been feeling that I am too heavy to do it now, but I miss it! And I think I will give it another try.
OMG, I can't even imagine having to lose 150 pounds and then actually doing it! Congrats and you must have kept on it because under two years is seriously impressive. CONGRATS AGAIN!!!!

Rock On! I spend alot of time onine coaching clients with weight loss. I teach and encourage people to learn to run and not to become marathoners but so they build a cardio base so they can be fit & healthy!
