Thank you for the inspiration. I use to run and have been feeling that I am too heavy to do it now, but I miss it! And I think I will give it another try.

OMG, I can't even imagine having to lose 150 pounds and then actually doing it! Congrats and you must have kept on it because under two years is seriously impressive. CONGRATS AGAIN!!!!

Congratulations!!!!! What an accomplishment. I'm so happy you've reached your goal. I haven't picked a program yet but was thinking about calorie counting. I'm not one to have to write down calories every time I eat something but I guess I can try and see how I do. Good luck to you!

I love you all, many of you are still finding me and joining my blog and facebook page. I've not had the time this past year to be here - occasionally I pop on to some boards when I have curiositys about skin or to hear from others maintaining!

Rock On! I spend alot of time onine coaching clients with weight loss. I teach and encourage people to learn to run and not to become marathoners but so they build a cardio base so they can be fit & healthy!
