I hope to experience the same community and accountability feeling that you have. I too spout soliloquies, and can't help myself...but I'm sick of talking, so I took action, starting tonight, with a 45 minute walk. It's time. I'm 21 years old, and watching my life go by. My blood pressure is elevated and I'm so tired all the time and need some help getting through this. Thank you for your post.
