Your post and pictures seriously brought tears to my eyes. It has seriously inspired me. I started trying to change my eating habits over a year ago and things were going really well. I'd lost down to 314lbs. I was so proud of myself. Then some things happened and I'm an emotional eater so of course I fell off the wagon. I've been so depressed with myself lately especially today. I came here hoping to get some sort of uplifting and your post is the first one I saw and it done the job. I look at myself and think wow it'd take years for me to get this weight off. Look at you though you've lost 175lbs in under 2 years. Not only that you look super fantastic. Thank you so much for having the courage to come on here and post. You've blessed my day!!

Wow!! Congrats!! What an inspiration you are. Thank you for posting pictures. Can I ask what calorie amount you started at and the amount you eat now? I am wanting to start calorie counting and not sure where to start. I have tried to make several attempts before at weight lose but always seem to fail. But after seeing your picture today it gives me hope and I need to do something.. Again Congrats and Great Job.:carrot:
