I think you inspire all of us who are still trying.I was never overweight I guess,I was lucky.But having kids has made me make healhy food changes and working out.Your right does not matter how long it takes is only TIME.The smallest I was as a teenager was size 0 after having first daughter I got down to 107 lbs and being a vegan helps..So,that is the old me..the new me is showing myd aughter to eat healthy and not limit the good fats just the bad fats.I had 2nd baby and working out and eating good is helping.I use the stepper..I hope you do good job on keeping the weight off and give a good spirint to those who are ready to be in the end almost but with HOPE.

I can't believe what I'm seeing! You look like a different lady and Oh so young. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your inspirational posts. I am just starting out on a very long journey back to fitness, taking it 10lbs at a time in 50lb 'lumps'. I'm 5lbs down as of last Sunday, so I've made a start

I have been toning now & can u believe I am down to 146.0 & I Can fit into a size 2 now also!(do not get me wrong I still am in 3's & 4's too)Anyways... ~It's amazing ~my whole life has changed & Like I have said before I am noone special ~just your average stay at home mom~& if I can do it Anyone can~KEEP THE HOPE ~HOLD THE DREAM ~MAKE IT A REALITY!!
