I did 2 -60 minute weight training classes a week
pilates 1 day 60 minutes
yoga 1 day 1h15m
cardio 70 min./day 5days a week. elliptical,arc trainer
lifting weights with my trainer 1-60m from jan-april then moved to twice a weekI always made sure I exceeded my 10000 steps a day.Which is approx 5miles.
I slipped a little over xmas and gained a couple pounds but I am back at it full force and determined to make my 150 goal but the end of June.
Tomorrow I will probably be too sore to type lol.
