newbie here
hi everyone, i just started this yesterday. i had just lost 13lbs on ww points and yesterday gained back 2 of them. so i decided to get a whole new eating plan and i really needed to kick my excercies routine up notch. so here i am. this eating 6 times a day is going to have to get some getting used to.
i ate my 5 th meal at 6:00 last night, and i couldnt get my 6 th one in. i dont want to eat the bars or shakes. i am not used to eating after 6 or 7 at night. and for me to excercise in the morning on an empty stomach , i dont usually eat my first meal until 9:30. so i am going to have to see what i can do.
i would like to hear what makes this work for people and if you didnt like the program, why not??? any tips and advice are much appreciated, from the pros around here.
