textjewel-That's right, a starch and a fruit. I personally didn't think they were all that but they were on sale a couple months ago so a bought a bunch of the snacks to try.
Their cereal bars are pretty good. I also liked the baked pasta snacks. I absolutely could not stand the replacement meals. But I have this thing with textures and it literally made me gag.
But everyone else I've talked to thinks I'm crazy, they love them.
But now that I'm a couple months into the program, I feel more confident picking out healthier foods that aren't specific to the plan but do "mesh".
