I lose better with 5 small meals a day. The only thing about it is that you need to make time to prepare them. Either on the go or in advance. I don't think it's true that you'll feel hungry in between the meals, because you should be drinking loads of water too, anyway.
I just don't it because i don't have time for that! Three meals suits a normal day plan but for me personally it's not as helpul.
