Anyone tried the Food Lovers program? I'm just seeing the infomercial now and getting swayed, help? It looks very intensive in terms of charting but it sounds like you don't have to give up the foods you love!

I am not on any program so can't comment on Food Lovers Program but I do count calories which I find to be very flexible and I don't have to give up anything as long as I stay in my calorie allotment , and no, I don't eat ice cream all day but do eat sensibly and it is free.
