Hello! New to this site, and very happy to report that I have lost 26!!! pounds in 5 1/2 weeks on the PINK method. I love love love it! I am too overweight and out of shape to do the workouts (kills my knees), but I will get there soon I'm sure. Making sure I walk 30 mins on the treadmill until I am able to do the workouts. Love reading your posts, keep up the great work everyone!!!
Woo hoo! I am halfway to my weight loss goal! Yippee for me!!! I remember back when I first started and couldn't do all the phase 1 exercises. Now I am doing Phase 3 with heavier weights and harder options on most exercises! (Still need wimpy weights on tricep kickbacks and the flying t's! Hate those, lol!)
