I kicked up my walking this week to include a different path that has a long incline so I think that is helping. I was scared at first thinking, I would be huffing and puffing before I could get back to the office, but I was pleasantly surprised to see it didn't kill me and that yes, I sweat more, but I can still hold a conversation while doing it and it feels good to do it.
