Does anyone know how I can add photos to my private messages and in the forums. I wanted to document my wt loss.

Hi Kelly, welcome to 3FC

There are two ways to add photos to your posts. You can attach them by uploading them to our server, or you can link to them if they are already somewhere on the internet, such as Photobucket.
