Good results? I'm starting to feel like superwoman, is that a good enough result?

I made a gif of how I used to look and how I currently look. Even though I don't always feel I've lost as much as I have, the avatar helps me remember.

My 6yo, in his first race.

One of my many reasons to be healthy.

My kids work hard at what they love... so should I.

This is fun! Mine is a drawing I found of Belle from Beauty and the Beast made to be not quite so cartoon-ish . I think it is beautiful. I grew up on all the old Disney movies and Beauty and the Beast is still my favorite. Belle is the only brunette and kept her good attitude through everything and stayed a lady, loving to the end.

I know she is a fairy tale but fairy tales were originally used to teach. I try and approach every day with the belief that everyone is worth a little kindness and the extra time to say hello. Someday I want to go as her in an amazing halloween costume after I have reached my goal weight.

Mine is a picture of the truck I used to drive on the job. I wanted to show other chicks that we really can do anything.

Thanks! I use a program called ImageReady, which is part of the Photoshop CS Suite. It's a rather expensive program (which I got through work), but there are plenty of free gif animated programs out there if you check on Google.

The other day I was running at the track when I saw a group of little girls ages 6-10 with their running coach. They all wore t-shirts that said "Run Like ****" so it inspired me to change my signature for the time being as well. It used to say "A body in motion stays in motion."
