Here is another good one. I just made it Sunday night.
roast what ever will fit
1 onion
1 beef bolion cube
garlic
mushrooms
dump it all in cover with water and cook on low for 8-9 hours of high 5-6.
I add flour to the broth to have a gravy. You can make it ad thick as you like.
