OMG! I forgot about my one staple food that I could never live without - peanuts. I freakin' love peanuts. But they have to be in the shell. I love shelling them. To me they taste better. That and maybe I've got that whole it's not the kill but the thrill of the chase thing going on, lol.

Ilene, you forgot the broccol!

peanut butter (natural chunky)
coffee (why on earth give it up? I only drink one big mug in the morning)
red wine on special occasions

Not including the essentials (fruits, vegetables, whole grains, etc.), I could probably give up anything. However, I'd have to say I would really miss:
* fish
* chocolate
* red wine
if I could never have them again.

These are 'junk' foods I could not live without:

Coffee - EVERY DAY!
Biscotti (a couple of times a week)
Sherry trifle (a few times a year but I could eat it every day)

These are not 'junk' but I couldn't live without them:

Sushi
Oatmeal
Thai food
