EAS Light Protein Shakes
Egg White
Sofrito and Adobe--I put them on everything!
Unsweetened Apple Sauce
Coffee w/ a lil creamer and stevia
Tuna-esp hickory flav

Flatout bread

-chicken breasts or ground turkey
-turkey/chicken sausage
-egg whites (in carton)
-red/yellow/orange bell peppers
-raspberries and blackberries
-greek yogurt 0%
-cottage cheese 2%
-TJs mini bags of microwave popcorn
-beef/turkey/buffalo jerky
-Fiber One bars

Those are the things I always have in the house, and for which I'll make a special trip to the store when I run out.
Began weight loss ~ January 18, 2011 at 280 lbs
Met original goal ~ Normal BMI (147 lbs) on March 8, 2012 Goal story and photos
Met revised goal ~ 135 lbs on May 12, 2012
Pregnancy May 2012 - January 2013
Post-preg weight loss ~ January 2013 - July 2014
Now maintaining < 135 lbs
