I have heard of the Eat Shrink and be merry but haven't looked into it much. I will have to check it out. I will have to agree about the ingredients as well. I had a hard time finding some of that stuff and most of it really wasn't anything that I normally kept on hand not to mention the fact that some of it was just way too expensive!! My motto has always been "It's cheaper to be fat" which is not a good motto to have but I am still learning
I too get her daily newsletter. And I also am not really interested in the fast food swaps, but I like some of the swap ideas. My biggest problem with the recipes, and it was also mentioned UT is that I'm cooking for a family of 4, not a single person.
