Smart Balance Light is 45 cal, 5 grams fat per tablespoon... that's a bit better. I really love the taste. Sometimes I put cinnamon and splenda on with a bit of Smart Balance. Lately I've been on a kettle corn kick.

I know you said no dry stuff... but I love Morton's Hot Salt.
