after I got home from breakfast, I made the fat free apple muffins that i'm taking as my dish to pass for a Christmas dinner party i'm going to on Tuesday night. I will get cleaned up and power walk to lunch in a few minutes.

Tub...Great job!!

This morning walked 40 min doing errands outdoors!!

I really enjoying reading Leslie book, its an oldie,but I wanted to know how she started this at home walking...I love her...and my fitness guru now!! I do the basic w music and once my weight loss trend comes to life, I will write to her on how she is helping me...

I have no more excuses...whenever am lazy or bored, I will read the book to boost my walking efforts!!

I might and try to do indoor walking.. will do my darnest...Later all.. Enjoy your Sunday...

no basics walks...been busy doing housechores....cleaning dishes, taking trash out, ..soon will cook dinner. My best time to do in the mornings..my free time ,,and trying to before bed,,shall see,..
