I hope you had a wonderful day. I ate too much! No big surprise there.
I didn't get a workout in. I did go back to the shop while DH stayed home and watched football. I finished up all my month end office stuff, cleaned & dusted the office and cleaned the bathrooms. It felt good getting all of that done. I worked on that for 4 hours and it wore me out. I think that was a workout.
Any Turkey night or Black Friday shoppers? I did a bit of online shopping. I only bought stuff that we normally need/use but was able to get at a better price.

I trust you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving. We have so much to be thankful for. After my morning workout, my stepdaughter gave me a full body massage. Then I made the low-carb dishes that would allow me to enjoy the feast guilt-free. They were so delicious that everyone enjoyed them as well. I also got a chance to FaceTime with my dad, his wife and stepdaughter. And, of course, we exchanged text messages with the rest of the family. It was a great day!

Hello! I'm a little late in posting, my sister and I went to donate blood this morning and then did a little bit of shopping. The weather here is nasty today (about 40 degrees and raining non-stop) so I'm back home for a nap.
This morning, I did Leslie Sansone's Walk Strong. Probably my favorite cardio/strength combo DVD! I do it at least once a week, if not more.
Sounds like everyone had a wonderful holiday. We ate and ate No workout yesterday but back on track today. I did a little internet shopping, mostly for the furkids.
