I forgot to post my workout yesterday and then was too tired to get back online last night. We also went out and saw some very pretty firework displays.

Hi Everyone, Sounds like fireworks were enjoyed by all, well except for me. I was enjoying a BBQ with good friends.
I'm kind of limping along (figuratively!) to get in some exercise. Have been doing some mini home workouts and using stairs. Waiting for a mini-stepper to arrive, too. The stairs are getting a lot easier so feel good about that!

I was 15 minutes into my workout (KCM's Lean Body Circuits) when the phone started ringing and people started coming in. Work was the priority. I will do that same workout tomorrow.
