Last night my DH and I walked for 30 minutes. We will be leaving early tomorrow morning to go to Dallas for a workshop. I will try to fit in a few walks while we are traveling.

Teacher I think Cody had a good time on the trip. I could tell that he liked sitting on the balcony watching the people below and the birds flying by. I was worried about getting caught with his size. No one said a thing. I didn't see any other dogs either. There were dogs on the beach, so they were staying somewhere. Do you have excursions planned in Hawaii or just relaxation?

I got a cycle bike for at home
I still plan on going to the ymca when I can but it's a nice option during the school year. It might not get much use until August.
today- ymca cycle 45 min- I'm soooo sore from yesterday & today. I hope my legs work tomorrow
