Nice! I started off walking outside, but I quickly discovered that I burn way more calories and work more muscles with WATP. If my neighbors saw me doing kickbacks, tap outs, power kicks and side steps down the street they may wonder about me. haha!
6 Miles completed today. 5 K with a Twist (with a resistance band) and the 3 Mile Heart Healthy Walk completed.

I really hope it is ok if i just post all my exercise here.
1 more mile walked down my road in addition to the 5 from this morning, 13 minutes medium arms on wii and 30 minutes step aerobics on wii.
4 Fast Miles done today. I love that one - I put an extra pep in my step and burned 655 calories!
AnnieDrews - No worries dear, do what you can when you can! This time of year can be a downfall for me with all of the food and treats so I'm determined to get through it, but not completely cut things out. So for that to happen I need to workout!

2 miles walked down my road done. It was fine on the way out but the way back was so windy it was really difficult at times
