Hi CircClerkJen!

I did 4 Fast Miles today again this morning and Women's Walk (2 miles) before my strength-training class.

I now have a bunch of new (but older) videos. It's amazing to see how some of the walkers bodies have shrunk and changed over time!

I took the 4 days of my T-giving break off from exercise. Then only had time for 1 mile w/ weights this morning. Now not feeling well at all this evening. heading to bed early and hoping for the best.

thanks everybody!!! i'm doing good...feel good... just a little tired.

annie - i sure hope you're not getting sick! seems like everybody down in our area either has a cold or the flu or a stomach bug. yuck no body has time for that stuff

oh...also, i've lost another 5 lbs (its taken a couple of months) don't know if i can keep it off during the holidays but i'm sure gonna try

Hi Cathy! Glad to hear you are doing well.

Feeling much better today. Lots of folks sick around here, too. Sometimes I feel like I am getting sick and then I don't. I honestly think that eating right (-er) and exercise and losing weight has really helped my to be healthier and fight off illnesses. Don't want to jinx myself, but I can't remember the last time I was truly sick.

Annie - glad you feel better. I hate getting sick, it seems like someone gives me something, everyone in my house gets it (except hubby who almost never gets sick, but on the few occasions he has been worlds biggest baby ever) and then I get it again worse than everyone else.

4 Fast Mile done this morning. I had a planning a rest day today, but I am so amazed with the changes in my body I decided to get another good sweaty workout in.

Glad to know you are doing better Annie. I too haven't been sick in over 10 years even when I was obese (knock on wood). I drink organic apple cider vinegar a few times per week and put a little hydrogen peroxide in my my ears with a qtip when I am going to be around sick people or if I feel like I might be coming down with something. Both tend to kill viruses in my body and both cost under $10 and lasts a lifetime.
