This is the longest I have ever stuck with exercise. It will be a year in June. I feel so much better and stronger. 2mi. just now of walk it off, tone it up.
I tired WATP nearly ten years ago but got plantar facitis from doing it barefoot. Then my DIL told me she was doing it so I got going again this time with shoes!!!
Happy Wednesday all! Got up at 5am this morning so I could do the 5 mile fat burning walk before work. Hope to do the same tomorrow. Monday and Tuesday I walked during my lunch break but got in a good walk both days. I feel like I get a better work out with the videos though.
@umimar - It's not really by choice. Sometimes it is the only time I can fit in if I want to exercise.
Up at 5 again today to get in 6 miles. I did the 5 miles fat burning walk and did the 5th mile twice. I really don't think that video is 5 miles - more like 4.5.
I donated blood though today and that makes me tired, not sure I am going to be able to drag my butt out of bed early tomorrow but I might try. Otherwise I won't get it any exercise tomorrow.
