Hi Everyone!

I bought a new exercise program. I am going to officially start it on Monday. Between now and then I am going to try the different workouts. I will supplement this new program with cardio from TF.

The new program is called 10 Pound Slimdown Xtreme. Let's see how well I like it. TF is my favorite workouts of all time. I did the Kickboxing workout from the new program today and liked it.

RRB2 Glad you are well enough to workout and to be excited about it!

Teacher Thank you. I have always loved the cardio part of TF, but I never cared for the weight part. Hopefully I will like the weight part of the new program. Then I can find a way to mesh the two.
