So I started Turbo Fire today (Fire 30 and Stretch 10).... I have to say, that was hard! I'm not very coordinated and haven't been getting in any exercise at all in a long time, and when I do it is not consistent. Even though I kind of missed some moves, got a little confused, and definitely didn't work at the intensity all the girls in the video did, I was still moving the whole time, sweating, and I got a great workout. I tried to focus mainly on learning the moves, keep moving even if I lost my place, and not injuring myself.
I did workout the hardest I could so that alone is an accomplishment for me.
I really didn't get discouraged even though I couldn't always keep up, and I had to pause twice through the workout to catch my breath. I still did the whole thing! I feel really good.
Just wanted to share in case anyone else may be thinking about trying this out and having doubts. In my opinion its still alot of fun even though I pretty much cant keep up with the moves yet.
