I'm on birth control too. Before birth control pills, I was 109 lbs, I got up to 132 lbs at my highest, and for the past four years have been around 120 lbs +/- 2 lbs.
I'm not sure if the pills really affect weight since I'm in my late 30's, was 130 lbs in my 20's and 30's, but didn't weigh myself and know I was smaller than I am now also in my 20's and 30's.
Low carb will initially lead to weight loss, but to a certain extent. I dropped about 12 lbs and have stayed there for the four years. I eat 1500 calories, exercise most days (hr of cardio and then weights). To lose, I need to eat 900-1200 calories consistently which I won't do because it makes me miserable. I am never hungry at 1500 calories, 100 g net carbs. This works long term. I don't diet ever. This is normal life.
A lot of people here seem to have lost at 900 calories, but that is low. They were 5' to 5'2" give or take. I'm 5'5", I don't know where you are age/height.
Just wanted to give some perspective. Also, I do think you need to weigh every day. You'll wake up one day where you started and be frustrated. It's easier to fix a pound or two than five or ten.

Good luck!
Thanks. I've just been getting stressed with the daily weigh ins. I definitely weigh in at least twice a weak. Studies have shown that birth control doesn't cause weight gain but I think there can be some water retention. I've been eating about 900-1000 cals a day now which is why it's annoying when the scale doesn't reflect that I'm just hoping it will eventually
