Matinee88 - thanks. I used to weigh daily but have found it's better for me if I weigh every 3 or 4 days. I think I avoid some of the weight fluctuations that you see when you weigh daily. I feel like things average out every 3 or 4 days. You're doing very well and are down quite a bit since the start of January - congrats.

It's not the calories, it's the carbs. Going over 200 calories won't make you gain two lbs. Eating higher carbs and/or extra salt will. Give it a day or two, most likely two. Every gram of carb holds on to four grams of water.

100g carb+ 400 g water= about a pound

I was at 138.4 Jan 29. I did the weigh in everyday thing and the up and down on the scale depressed me so I may weigh in once a week if not wait till the end of February to see where I am.
