Congratulations to everyone for sticking with keeping track - that can be one key to success! But, as we've seen, it's also possible to take a break and derive benefits from that.
It all comes down to the scientific method - see what works and do that, making sure you are aiming for a healthy body weight for your height/age/etc.!
I miss you all when I don't get a chance to post, which will be happening a lot this month. Just know that I don't have a "smart" phone or I'd be driving you crazy every day!
