Ate a bunch over the weekend as always. It may be harder to get rid of this week because I am fairly certain I have some kind of Achilles tendon injury. It hurts to walk in all my shoes I own, hurts to do Tae Bo indoors, and needless to say running would be a terrible idea. I think I am going to limit my cardio/on my feet movements to the necessary ones - walking to and from work, grocery shopping etc, and focus on strength training.
I also went a full week without crapping. That is NOT normal. I am worried I have one of those scary-sounding digestive diseases.
