Today is day 1 of trying to eat better. Which, I just found out, will be harder because I'm being treated to Red Lobster. I'll just have to find myself a good seafood salad!
Usually the meal that kicks me in the butt in lunch. I end up having some microwaved leftovers or fatty chicken nuggets or something. BUT...today I was good!
I was happy to realize our last can of cream of chicken soup was, in fact, 98% fat free. Instead of using all milk to thin it, I used half-milk, half-water. I also tossed in some frozen broccoli and a slice of fat-free American cheese
Then to drink, I had a bottle of water with some lime juice in it. I'm really proud of myself!
