I love Mari Windsor's buns&thighs and ab sculpting videos. I don't have them anymore, because they were on VHS, and belong to my mother :P, but I have her 20-minute and accelarated pilates workout DVD, and I love it. My husband tells me I'm toning up, but who knows.
For me personally, I don't like the effect of bulking muscles, I like the effect of long and lean, and Windsor Pilates is the BEST for that. I would add in some dumbbell presses with milk jugs, and some triceps workouts, because pilates doesn't target your arms.
I just found out that Miley Cyrus does Windsor pilates by the way.
