Hi, just wondered if anyone knew any good full length workout videos online. I have been searching youtube/google etc and there are thousands. I was just wondering if anyone had found ones they like to use. Please recommend any you know of.

Bodyrock.tv is a really great workout site that updates every day. I also like to use yogajournal's podcasts for yoga.

C25k is a great programme if you want to try running. It's a podcast you download off the NHS.

www.hulu.com and www.exercisetv.tv has lots of exercise videos.
Just watch a few and see if something appeals to you

Again, these aren't full length, but if you did several it would make a good workout - at www.rosemaryconley.tv, there's a wide variety of workouts and stretching/toning routines, together with recipes and other weight loss advice.

Though I recommend buying the dvd (you can find it for $10-15 on ebay), I did find the Zumba Cardio Party full dvd online (someone uploaded the 45-min workout here). The website is similar to youtube, the video plays after the ad- the video is in English.

I do the zumba videos on youtube. I just have about 20 that I choose from. For pilates, there is a series called POP pilates. She's pretty good and they're full length. Some are 5mins some are 30mins.

Now, I have used this energetic guy to get me through workouts--it's a quick 8 minute ab workout that is perfect at home, at the gym, even in the office. He's pretty entertaining, and the music will keep you motivated. ha, check it out.
