cakeses, Way to get back on track. Great job!

MonteCristo, YGG!!! 2.5 @ 5.1 That's awesome. The TM is the only place I ever run. The little wheel needs to keep spinning for me to keep running. Outside I ALWAYS walk. That's why I've actually found it easier to lose weight in the winter, because I use the TM more often and that in turn makes my w/o more productive. Great job again!

Gary, I'm really missing ya here big guy. Hope all is well.

A 2 mile walk with Mel on Mon. A 3 mile walk with Mary on Wed. A 4 mile walk with Mel this morning. Putting my total at

34 of 50 / better than I expected
1 of 8 / slacker

Did an extra workout this morning on the TM, 2 miles; swimming is tonight! Looks like I will make my goal for run/walk but fall short on swimming. Still have a few days to go though.

16.25/18 walk/run
7/15 swim

Exhausting but yet so rewarding hey cakeses. Great job on getting all the extras done!

Did the usual 4 mile hilly route with Mel this morning. My DD had volleyball games 3 nights this week, my son had a football game last night, all 4 play soccer all day on Sat, add to that practices, confirmation class and Sun worship phew! I guess I'm actually rather proud of my numbers for the month.

lovnmon - I don't think I could run outside either. I do all my exercising on the TM.

Thursday I decided to give myself a bit of a rest, so I just walked the 4.25 miles.

Hi TEAM!

I am back in town for the week-end. I have missed you all

Angie and I did our Saturday morning 3.5 mile, go get coffee walk, with the dogs...it was so much fun. We saw at least 20 very cool spider webs off the trees!

I haven't been getting my miles in but I am working overtime each day. I figure since my job is pretty physical, and I usually do 3 miles after work at home in less than an hour, I will cheat and log my overtime and give myself ONE mile for every hour of overtime for the month.

I can do this because I started the thread this month and set the rules as I go along

My new project is 350 miles closer to home, than the one I left for 2 weeks ago, but still 150 miles away. I should finish it in about a month or so. I will be gone for, probably, 2 weeks until I can get a chance to get back...but we never really know for sure. I am glad to be working! I was able to hire a few new guys on the last 2 projects....but we have had many guys looking for work that I have had to turn away

Angie and I have already and will be working with my ex-wife this week-end at the Viking Festival BBQ'ing! A lot of fun....but no break for me this week-end....BBQ this afternoon until the evening then church and a play...The Drowsy Chaperone...tomorrow.

Take Care ~ Gary
