Hi, there -
I was just wondering if anyone else is using Nike+ GPS to track their runs, either with the pod, the shoes or the watch? I have the watch and I FREAKING LOVE IT. There's a social component of Nike+, but I don't know that I want to put myself out there. Superfit runners (I call them "gazelles") kind of intimidate me. They might be the only people, beside Daniel Day-Lewis or maybe Hillary Clinton, who would make me get nervous.
Why I love it:
- GPS accurately tracks the length, route and instantaneous velocity (speed at any given moment) of my runs
- The Nike+ site is easy to use and shows your running history (routes, etc.)
- I can check my watch at any time during my run to see what my speed is, how long I've run, etc.
- I don't have to meticulously plan out my routes, anymore. I just wing it.
