At first, I thought it was too gimmicky to consider. I've read a little about it, and from what I understand, "the solution" has clinical studies to back it up, unlike a lot of other diets. It's not actually a diet, but a way to change the way you think about food, so you gain control. The original program took months to accomplish. The new 3-day version is like a jump-start to the method, but it still takes a long time to nail down. It's good for people that eat due to stress or boredom, instead of true hunger. I still haven't figured out what what the 6 lbs in 3 days is about. I'll try to get a copy within the next few weeks and check it out. If you give this a try, please let us know what you think
