I love coconut oil. It's good for more than just eating. I usually have two containers. One for eating and the other for topical use. Works great on my daughter's eczema. This sounds really gross but when my husband shaved his head he had a couple of these round red patches. Used the oil on it and after 3 or 4 days it was gone. It's good for hair too.
