Default Asthma! *wheeze*

Asthma. Not just exercised induced, but ALL THE TIME asthma. From going from 250 down to 180 yes my lungs have gotten MUCH better. So much better I don't have to be on 100 medications anymore, just my inhaler, HOWEVER it is still there.

My asthma just looms in the background shadows, waiting to pounce. Oh you'd like to run today? How bout I cause issues for the entire first mile of your run. Like the outdoors? What if I act up simply because the weather changed 30 degrees in ANY DIRECTION.

Out of control asthma makes it so much harder to exercise and move yourself. When you are struggling to breathe, you don't want to do much.

Please tell me I'm not the only one with this issue?
