2 cups fat-free cottage cheese pureed
1 ounce/2 tbsp. unflavored, sugar free gelatin
1/2 cup boiling water
1 tsp. lemon
1-1/.5 tsp. vanilla extract
1. Mix the gelatin with the boiling water until dissolved.
2. Put the cottage cheese in a blender and add the dissolved gelatin to it.
3. Blend until creamy looking.
4. Put in container and chill until it firms up!
NOTES: using strawberries would make it sweeter or you might wanna add sweetner or sugar (I added 3 packets of Splenda u may want to use more if you like sweeter stuff)
SUBSTITUTIONS : You can use fat free cream cheese instead of cottage cheese. You can use flavored jello sugar free.
Topping: I used Walden Farms SF caramel syrup 1 tablespoon
Note: This is not the best out there but it def is good and is very low carb
