Default Pharmaceutical Grade Omega 3 for depression
I'm new here but wanted to share something. I suffer from mild depression, on and off for years. I recently started taking pharmaceutical grade Omega 3. It has improved my mood so much I actually feel energetic.

Anyone else had experience or heard about this supplement as a treatment for depression?

Is this different from Omega 3 fatty acids (fish oil)? I am going to get back on this supplement. It helped me a lot in the past.

I read an article in First magazine about omega 3 and Vitamin D3 and it was positive.
