Has anyone ever used the Tone's Beef Base from Sam's Club? I want to make a vegetable beef soup and am unsure about this stuff and I am still on phase 1?
I just also saw that Lawry's garlic salt with parsely has sugar.. Is there anything out there similar?? I love this salt and am sorry to see it leave my spice cabinet...
One last question: fudgecicles are allowed on phase 1, but there are SO many of them.. I chose the original fudgecicle, but there was fat free, regular, or sugar free.. I chose the sugar free.. did i make the right decision??
