Hi Ladies,
I hope you don't mind if I jump on this challenge. I just started my diet not very long ago and I'm still trying to tweak this thing to fit me. What a great post Rowdybliss. Thanks for sharing that thought about focusing on what we're gainging or getting instead of giving up....
5 Things I will be gaining are:
1. A healthier body
2. Self confidence to go places without feeling like a complete whale out of the water.
3. Size 8 clothes will look so much nicer than tents from Ishmar the tent maker.
4. My body will be something (hopefully) worth noticing by the DH. :wink:
5. Does shame go away? I hope so...
