I'm ending August at an even 143, which is a few ounces above my lowest weight for the month. I'll make my goal weight for Sept an even 139. I lost "only" 2.2 pounds this month, so it's definitely a jump from that. I'll be on vacation for 9 days and during that time will eat intuitively going by fullness cues and forget about calories. So I might actually not lose anything this month.

9/1: 141.2 Woohoo, a nice whoosh on the first day of the month! We'll see how much of this stays off for next week.
9/8: 142.6 (I weighed most days this week, and my weight kept swinging between the 141's and the 143's.)
9/15: 140.6
9/22: 140.0

I am going to keep my same goal for September that I had for August, 10 pound loss for the month of September - I almost made this last time missed it by 1 pound. Good luck everyone!! You can do it!
Ok so officially checking in. Weight after work was 253.4, so that will be my starting weight for September. I definitely want to blast away the 250s and never see them again. Last month I got as low as 252. My ultimate goal for September will be 248, so about 5.4 pounds.

September 4: 254.6 - having dinner with my best friend tonight, and had dinner and drinks with a neighbor last night. Will be able to go back to being more strict after tonight. I'm anxious to get below 250 finally
