I'm ending August at an even 143, which is a few ounces above my lowest weight for the month. I'll make my goal weight for Sept an even 139. I lost "only" 2.2 pounds this month, so it's definitely a jump from that. I'll be on vacation for 9 days and during that time will eat intuitively going by fullness cues and forget about calories. So I might actually not lose anything this month. :lol:

Ok so officially checking in. Weight after work was 253.4, so that will be my starting weight for September. I definitely want to blast away the 250s and never see them again. Last month I got as low as 252. My ultimate goal for September will be 248, so about 5.4 pounds.
