Hi everyone - took a bit of a break but was still walking. I'm going to try and check in more often again. I got a fitbit and have decided to not have separate categories for exercise and non-exercise (too much work to keep track) so I will just combine exercise and non-exercise into one. But I like the idea of 2 categories because I wanted to see how much actual exercise I was getting.
Mar-1 to 18: 56.8 miles (1 mile exercise/55.8 non-exercise step miles)
Mar-19: 5.5 miles (3 miles walk/2.5 miles non-exercise steps)
Mar-20: 4.5 miles (2.75 mile walk/1.75 miles non-exercise steps)
Mar-21 to 27: 25.6 miles (3.7 miles walk/21.9 non-exercise miles)
Mar-28 to 31: 12.1 miles
Mar Combined Total: 104.5 miles
Mar Exercise: 10.45 miles
Mar Non-exercise (steps): 81.95 miles
